Whether you run a busy salon, a consulting practice, a medical clinic, or a personal training studio, BookWell provides a sleek, lightweight, and incredibly fast booking experience for you and your clients.

Step 1 — Choose Your Setup Method
BookWell is designed to get you up and running in minutes. You can configure your booking engine manually, or use our automated Booking Setup Wizard to pre-populate business hours, services, and payment settings.

Step 2 — Configure Key Booking Nodes
To accept appointments, BookWell relies on four core nodes. Ensure these are set up in order:
- Business Hours: Define your default weekly shifts, breaks, and holidays.
- Services: Create the catalog of appointments your clients can book.
- Staff Members: Add the employees who perform these services.
- Payment Gateways: Configure PayPal, Stripe, or Local (on-site) payments.
💡 Pro Tip: We recommend setting up your Services first, as Staff Members are typically linked to the specific services they are qualified to perform.
Step 3 — Go Live with Booking Forms
Once your configuration is complete, use our shortcode generator or Elementor widgets to place booking forms anywhere on your site. The form automatically skips steps that aren’t required, providing a lightning-fast checkout flow for your customers.
